Hands-On Experience from Day One
We treat our summer associates like future colleagues. That means working alongside partners and associates on meaningful matters across a wide range of practice areas—from corporate and real estate to litigation, tax, and trusts & estates. You’ll draft documents, attend depositions and closings, conduct legal research, and contribute to real client work.
Tailored Mentorship & Professional Development
Throughout the program, you’ll receive ongoing feedback and guidance. Each summer associate is paired with mentors who are invested in your success, helping you develop both the legal and practical skills you’ll need as a practicing attorney.
We also offer a series of training sessions, lunch-and-learns, and networking events designed to broaden your understanding of the law and the legal industry. You won’t just learn what we do—you’ll learn why it matters.
