Virtual CLE: New York’s Changing Lead Paint Rules and Increased Enforcement: What You Need to Know on November 16, 2020

New York City has recently enacted numerous changes to NYC Local Law 1 and has begun increased enforcement of the City’s lead paint rules against building owners and property managers by issuing Record Production Orders (RPOs) to audit compliance with the law over a 10 year period and by increasing issuance of violations.
