Jerome M. Hesch and Stephen M. Breitstone to Participate in 49th Annual Notre Dame Tax & Estate Planning Institute
Jerome M. Hesch, Counsel to the firm’s Business & Real Estate Taxation, Trusts & Estates, Tax Exempt Organizations and Private Wealth & Taxation Practice Groups is the Director of the 49th Annual Notre Dame Tax & Estate Planning Institute. This year’s Institute will take place on September 20-22, 2023, in South Bend, Indiana.
In addition, Stephen M. Breitstone, Chair of the firm’s Private Wealth and Taxation Practice Group will be a speaker at this year’s Institute where he will discuss “Debt Refinancing for Encumbered Real Estate: Increasing the Income Tax Basis Step-up After the Freeze Has Been Implemented.”
The Institute will offer topics that cover both transfer tax savings and practical topics, relevant for a broad range of clients, even for clients who are not exposed to the estate tax.
