David A. Bamdad, Chair of the firm’s Trust & Estate Litigation Practice Group will be a speaker at the New York State Bar Association program – Evidence in Trust and Estate Litigation.
In this program, experienced trust and estate litigators will review the rules of evidence, evidence issues, and related challenges encountered in contested Surrogate’s Court proceedings. This program will focus on how to address those issues from initial retention through trial.
