Alternative Dispute Resolution: A Comprehensive And Practical Review (Part 2)

Two of our partners, Loretta Gastwirth and Michael Masri, conducted a live CLE Lawline webinar in two parts on April 30, 2019  on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) geared to both practitioners in private practice and in-house attorneys.  Part 1 of the program focused on arbitration and mediation and which matters are best resolved via ADR versus litigation, and when an ADR provision should be included in an agreement. Part 2 of the program   provided practical advice on how to effectively prepare for and effectively advocate in both arbitration and mediation and included perspectives from a litigator and an arbitrator/mediator.
